Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with Alarm Slots, an alarm clock app developed by Pavol Duplinský, Slovakia, and this developer website.

1. What Alarm Slots does

Alarm Slots uses slot-machine-inspired visuals as a wake-up challenge. Virtual coins can be used to snooze an alarm. There is no real-money gambling, wagering, cash-out, or monetary value associated with coins. Advertising consists of optional rewarded ads that users can choose to watch to snooze. The only in-app purchase removes advertising.

2. Information used by the app

The app uses the alarm times, preferences and snooze choices you set, together with virtual coin and challenge progress, to provide its alarm and wake-up features. Purchase status is used to apply the advertising-removal entitlement.

Advertising services also process technical and usage information as described below. Choosing not to watch a rewarded ad does not, by itself, mean that an advertising SDK never processes data: this can also depend on initialization, ad requests, consent and SDK configuration.

3. Appodeal and rewarded advertising

Alarm Slots uses Appodeal to deliver and mediate advertising, including optional rewarded ads that let you snooze an alarm. Appodeal connects the app with advertising partners; the partners involved depend on the app version, SDK configuration, availability and your privacy choices.

Appodeal and participating advertising SDKs may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device and network information, ad impressions and clicks, diagnostics and performance information. IP addresses may indicate approximate location. This information may be shared with participating advertising providers for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted, personalization. Appodeal documents precise location, developer-provided user identifiers and purchase events as conditional on permissions or integration; this policy does not mean those optional features are enabled in Alarm Slots.

Choosing not to watch a rewarded ad does not necessarily prevent all SDK processing. Non-personalized ads can also use technical information. Where available in the app, use privacy or consent controls to review your choices; Android also provides advertising-ID controls.

4. Purchases

Purchases made through Google Play are processed by Google Play. Purchase and entitlement information may be used to enable or restore ad removal and to handle purchase support. Do not send payment card details in support emails. Google handles payment information under its own privacy terms. Ad removal does not delete information previously processed by advertising or payment providers.

5. Support messages and this website

If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any attachments you choose to provide. We use these to respond, investigate problems and handle privacy requests. Please include only information needed for your request.

This developer website has no app advertising SDK or custom tracking scripts. It is hosted through ChatGPT Sites; the hosting service may process request information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and secure the website and provide site usage statistics. 6. Retention and deletion

• On-device information: data stored locally by Alarm Slots can be removed by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or uninstalling it. This resets local alarms and preferences. Copies held in device backups, if enabled, are managed through your backup provider.
• Support correspondence: we retain messages only as long as needed to resolve the request, manage related follow-up or meet applicable legal obligations. When no longer needed, they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion.
• Advertising records: Appodeal and advertising partners retain information according to their own policies, processing purposes and legal obligations. Uninstalling the app or removing ads does not automatically delete their records. Consult Appodeal's Privacy Policy for provider contacts and privacy requests.
• Purchase records: Google Play manages purchase records under its own retention rules. See Google's retention policy and Google Account privacy controls.

To request access to or deletion of personal information held by the developer, email p.duplinsky@gmail.com with the subject “Alarm Slots privacy request.” Identify the information or support conversation concerned; do not send passwords or payment details. We may need to verify the request before acting. Any information that must be retained for legal or security reasons will be limited to that purpose. We cannot directly erase records independently controlled by Appodeal, advertising partners or Google Play; we can help identify the relevant privacy controls.

7. Your choices and rights

You can choose whether to watch a rewarded ad, use the ad-removal purchase, manage Android advertising settings and contact us about your information. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive your personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

Information is used as necessary to provide requested functionality and support, protect against fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, or on the basis of consent where required. Providers may process information outside your country under their published privacy terms and applicable safeguards.

8. Security and policy updates

We limit the use of support information to the purposes described above. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. This policy will be updated when relevant features or data practices change; the effective date at the top identifies the current version.
